Ecdesign: How has your sales process changed since you started using Ecdesign?
Lasse Tidblom: Ecdesign simplifies the entire pre-sale process by allowing the customer to see his future workshop in a 3D environment at an early stage. Thanks to the "Custom Objects" feature in Ecdesign, we also have the opportunity to add special customizations directly in the workshop floor plan, before they are actually produced in our factory. Thanks to our "Custom Objects" made in Ecdesign, the production department can create these solutions for our customers.
Ecdesign: Have you experienced more sales since getting onboard Ecdesign?
Lasse Tidblom: Our sales for Professional Workstations series have increased by using Ecdesign. Above all, the customer can see exactly what we can deliver.
Ecdesign: Lastly, the professional business standard. Can you give us an example of your company’s core values and how Ecdesign reflects that?
Lasse Tiblom: Our brand Professional Workstation and Ecdesign go hand in hand with each other. We want to deliver "professional" suggestions for the client's future workshop projects, and Ecdesign helps us achieve this to the fullest.
