This series documents what comes after survival. The long-term process of recovery. The physical and mental work required to rebuild strength, health, and everyday life — step by step, without shortcuts. Together with Ecdesign, the journey is followed over time through training, setbacks, progress, and reflection. Honest, unfiltered, and real.
