Motståndskraft 2026

A few days have passed since Motståndskraft 2026, and we're still thinking about the energy, conversations and moments that made the day so special.

Motståndskraft is an initiative by Ecdesign that brings together young people and inspiring speakers for a day focused on life experiences, new perspectives and meaningful conversations. This year, hundreds of students joined us to listen to Charbel Gabro, Martin Lidberg, Silvana Imam and Kevin Walker, who generously shared their personal stories and experiences.

A huge thank you to all four of them for being open, honest and willing to talk about things that truly matter. But most of all, thank you to the students. For your curiosity, your questions, your warmth and all the conversations throughout the day. You are what Motståndskraft is all about.

More than one day

Motståndskraft is about creating a space where young people can listen, reflect, ask questions and encounter perspectives they may not meet in their everyday lives.

We don't expect one day to change everything. But sometimes a story stays with you. A conversation starts a new thought. A different perspective changes the way you see something. And that's what we hope the students took with them from Motståndskraft 2026.
