A free event for high school students in Örebro about pressure, mental health, self-esteem, setbacks and the strength to keep going.

What is Motståndskraft?

For three years, thousands of students from schools across Örebro have gathered at Örebro Konserthus to listen, learn and connect. Through personal stories and experiences from music, sport and entrepreneurship, our speakers talk openly about setbacks, courage, self-belief and finding your own path.

The event reflects what Ecdesign stands for — building strength, community and hope for the next generation.

Motståndskraft means resilience — the ability to face challenges, recover from setbacks and keep moving forward.

Three years of Motståndskraft

What started in 2024 has become an annual event. For three years in a row, Motståndskraft has brought young people together at Örebro Konserthus to hear real stories, gain new perspectives and find strength in the experiences of others. Three years in — and we’re only getting started.
