An event that inspires students to rise stronger — in school, in life, and beyond.

Motståndskraft is a youth event created to strengthen mental resilience and inspire students to believe in their potential. Through powerful stories and honest conversations, the event challenges young people to reflect, dream big, and find strength in themselves — even when life hits hard.

With support from Ecdesign, thousands of students from Örebro’s schools have gathered at Örebro Konserthus to listen, learn, and connect with speakers like world champion Martin Lidberg, Kevin Walker, and Charbel Gabro. Together with Ecdesign’s Richard Grönberg, they continue to share real stories about setbacks, courage, and the power of resilience. Motståndskraft means resilience — and that spirit defines every chapter of this ongoing movement.
